I have a list of Smash emotes I'd like to import :woody: :ken: :wtf: :what: :lana:
And this time :fun: WILL be an emote!

Go to Administration Panel > Display > Go down to "Avatars" the choose "Smilies" then scroll down and click "Add new Smilie"

I tried doing so, but I don't think it's possible to do so on mobile.
I guess I'll try next time I have access to my PC

To be honest, I'm not sure myself, I just looked it up on Google. You should be able to pull up the desktop version from your phone to check if it's all right.
